Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of the documented delivery date.
To help us review your claim, please include the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product(s)
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of any damaged packaging
- A photo of the shipping label
Claims submitted without supporting photographs may delay or prevent resolution.
Each claim is reviewed individually. If we determine that an error occurred on our part or that damage occurred during shipment, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
Shipping Damage
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If the shipping box appears visibly damaged, we recommend documenting the condition before opening the package whenever possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information during checkout.
Gem State Compounds is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If an error is discovered before your order ships, please contact us immediately. While we will make every reasonable effort to update your information, changes cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.
Gem State Compounds will gladly assist in working with the carrier whenever possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may only be canceled before processing begins.
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Our products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, or clinical applications.
